Responsibilities

• Lead timely month/quarter/year end closures and liaise with auditors.
• Consolidate financials at group level and prepare operating plans.
• Provide MIS on KPIs and budget vs actuals across units.
• Oversee IC accounting, AP analysis, reconciliations and differences.
• Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliance with governance.
• Manage the finance team and drive timely, accurate deliverables.
• Support ad-hoc business requests and drive process automation.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Responsible for timely & accurate financial reporting at month end/quarter end and annual closing as per the applicable financial reporting framework and liaising with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax professionals.
• Ensuring the consolidation of financials at group level along with monthly corporate requirements and financial schedules.
• Prepare annual operating plan and month end rolling forecast for various business units and enabling functions.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly financial MIS covering financial & business KPIs, including budget vs actual, unit economics, etc.
• Intensive GL Scrutiny and in-depth analysis of expenses and balance sheet items.
• Ensuring the IC accounting, AP analysis, AP and Sub ledger reconciliation and identifying the differences.
• Managing the Audit work, audit schedules and resolving the queries with backup.
• Responsible for TDS, GST, & other statutory compliance with adequate controls & governance.
• Managing the team and keeping a check on work for any support needed for timely and accurate delivery.
• Support multiple Ad-hoc business requests at regular intervals.
• Periodic review of existing process to automate, eliminate non-value-add activities and bring efficiencies in the overall process.

Required candidate profile: -

• Chartered Accountant Mandate with 8-15 years of working experience in reputed organization.
• Exposure in SAP is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power point presentation.
