Job summary

Tata Motors Global Services Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced trade compliance professional to oversee Customs, EXIM and DGFT compliance programs and ensure timely clearance of goods. The role requires deep knowledge of relevant laws and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing compliance programs, training staff, and coordinating with authorities to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in Customs, EXIM, DGFT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Customs laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, EPCG schemes.
• Experience handling complex cases before authorities such as CA, High Court, etc.

• Develop and implement effective trade compliance programs to minimize risks and ensure timely clearance of goods.
