  • Partner with corporate attorneys and global ethics and compliance teams to address complex legal issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure appropriate resolution.

  • Lead periodic internal ethics and compliance reviews, risk assessments, and evaluations to identify potential gaps and strengthen controls.

  • Design and deliver training on ethics, anti-corruption, anti-bribery, confidentiality, and other relevant compliance topics.

  • Manage and guide the network of local ethics and compliance officers across India, promoting consistent application of policies and standards.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on ethical concerns, compliance policies, and reporting procedures.

  • Conduct Conflict of Interest (COI) reviews, elevate cases appropriately, and review responses to annual global ethics and compliance certifications.

  • Support compliance obligations related to government directives, contractual requirements, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, and applicable European Union sustainability regulations.

  • Manage Speak Up helpline matters and ethics and compliance investigations in accordance with established procedures.

  • Use data analytics, scorecards, dashboards, and risk assessments to monitor compliance trends, support decision‑making, and identify recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to strengthen compliance governance, harmonize practices, and improve policies and procedures.

  • Travel as required, approximately 15% of the time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within an international organization.

  • Strong knowledge of ethics and compliance risks, including anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption (ABAC), privacy, Speak Up reporting channels, and compliance investigations.

  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or managing corporate compliance programs, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective action plans.
