Lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of enterprise technology, emerging innovation, and business transformation.
You’ll help shape partnerships with AI, LLM, hyperscaler, deep-tech, and other emerging technology providers.
The role combines strategic thinking, technology analysis, executive communication, and hands-on partnership development.

Accountabilities

• Identify, assess, and develop strategic partnerships with modern technology companies across AI, large language models, hyperscalers, frontier technology, deep-tech platforms, and other emerging areas that can strengthen enterprise capabilities.
• Analyze technology and competitive trends across the aerospace and defense landscape, evaluating how emerging technologies and strategic partnerships can create differentiation and long-term competitive advantage.
• Engage with existing and prospective technology partners to understand capabilities, explore collaboration opportunities, and align potential partnerships with strategic business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the broader technology ecosystem, expanding access to innovation, expertise, and emerging solutions.
• Translate internal business objectives, customer needs, and technical requirements into actionable partnership strategies, investment priorities, and future capability plans.
• Develop clear and compelling executive-level briefings, partner assessments, strategic recommendations, positioning materials, and roadmaps that support senior leadership decision‑making.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across enterprise services and business units by providing continuous market intelligence, technology insights, and strategic guidance.
• Support senior leaders in defining differentiated value propositions and identifying future capabilities that can deliver measurable customer and business impact.
• Drive alignment among diverse senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic initiatives are clearly communicated, prioritized, and translated into executable plans.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent practical experience, typically combined with 8+ years of relevant professional experience; roles with broader management responsibilities may require approximately 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex technologies, distinguish meaningful innovation from market hype, and identify opportunities with genuine business value.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive‑level storytelling, presentations, positioning, messaging, and the development of concise, persuasive strategy documents.
• Proven ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable roadmaps, plans, and measurable initiatives that can be executed across complex organizations.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and aligning diverse stakeholders around strategic priorities, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technology strategies, with the ability to quantify, prioritize, and communicate customer value and business impact.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical experts and senior business leaders as well as external technology partners.
• A systems‑thinking mindset, intellectual curiosity, strong listening skills, and the ability to navigate complex business and technical conversations.
• Strong execution discipline, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
• Experience with a leading strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly demanding strategic environment is preferred.
• Experience within the commercial aerospace and defense sector is also preferred.
