As Senior Manager – Business transformation of the integrated operations team, you will be the maestro of modernization, orchestrating a symphony of efficiency and value creation across our PLAN, SOURCE, MAKE, and DELIVER functions.

Role Purpose
Deliver large‑scale digital transformation initiatives across Integrated Operations, enabling standardized planning processes, advanced analytics, and measurable business outcomes through platforms such as IBP, and data & analytics ecosystems.
Key Deliverables
- Infuse the supply chain with a startup's agility and an innovator's mindset, driving change that's not just evolutionary, but revolutionary.
- Champion the identification and implementation of cutting‑edge technologies, from AI to blockchain, ensuring our supply chain is as smart as it is robust.
Customer Service & Collaboration / Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital initiatives with business outcomes, crafting a supply chain that's not just connected, but predictive and proactive.
- Act as the single point of coordination between business teams, IT, system integrators, and SaaS vendors.
- Manage vendors and implementation partners for scope, timelines, quality, and commercials.
- Translate data into stories and strategies, harnessing its power to illuminate opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Build internal digital capabilities and planning maturity across teams.
- Drive change management, user adoption, training, and capability building.
- Instigate a culture of continuous improvement, where lightning‑fast decisions and actions are the norms, not the exceptions.
Internal Processes
- Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to redesign and standardize end‑to‑end planning processes.
- Ensure digital solutions align with enterprise architecture, data models, and governance standards.
- Lead Data Source Mapping (DSM), master data readiness, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Master the art of project management, juggling multiple initiatives that transform our operations, while keeping an eagle eye on timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Serve as a mentor and guide, fostering a team that's not only tech‑savvy but also supply chain‑sage.
Execution, Governance & Risk Management
- Establish strong program governance, cadence, and reporting (MoMs, RAID logs, KPIs).
- Track progress against milestones, proactively identify risks, and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance, security, and adherence to enterprise standards and Code of Conduct.
Innovation and Learning
- Be the vanguard of value, unearthing supply‑chain efficiencies that reduce waste, enhance performance, and amplify our competitive edge.
- Champion agile methodologies, steering our supply chain projects with precision and adaptability, ensuring that we deliver value fast, and pivot even faster when needed.
Critical Success Factors
- A decade (8-10 years) spent in supply chain management.
- Strong functional expertise in Demand, Supply, MRP, and IBP.
- Hands‑on experience with planning platforms (Kinaxis / SAP IBP / o9 / Arkieva / BY).
- Strong data & analytics orientation (SAP, Power BI, Excel, Data Lakes).
- A digital savant with an unquenchable thirst for the latest technology and the prowess to apply it.
- Domain expertise spanning the grand spectrum of supply chain domains.
- A diploma or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- A track record of turning chaos into order, complexity into simplicity, and challenges into stepping‑stones.
