As a Senior Solutions Consulting Manager, you will serve as the primary customer-facing expert leading solution design, process orchestration, and change management for Demand & Replenishment Planning Solutions for Retail & CPG clients. You are the functional powerhouse and architect for end-to-end, AI-powered workflows. You will act as a critical liaison between project teams and key executive leadership, facilitating diagnostics and workshops to create robust solution design blueprints and ensuring seamless platform adoption.
What This Role Entails
- Lead Process Diagnostics: Facilitate and drive business diagnostics, process analysis, and design workshops to define as-is/to-be states for top-tier retail and CPG clients.
- Author Functional Specifications: Draft comprehensive solution design documents, user stories, and technical requirements that align customer needs with IA's product capabilities with 100% traceability to financial outcomes.
- Design Multi-Node Architectures: Architect scalable planning networks for complex retail scenarios like seasonal demand surges, multi-tier distribution networks (DRP), vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and supplier collaboration.
- Advanced Engine Configuration: Configure and tune planning engines, overseeing logic for forecast disaggregation, outlier corrections, volume/value segmentation, and product phase-in/phase-out (NPI) workflows.
- Data Pipeline Validation: Model end-to-end supply chain integration layouts, ensuring robust data mapping, validation, and harmonization between legacy ERP/OMS systems and core predictive analytics layers.
- Agentic AI Orchestration: Leverage Agentic AI ecosystems to deploy autonomous agents for root-cause analysis, scenario planning, automated workflow configuration, and demand-supply exception management.
- Drive Proof-of-Value (PoV) Sessions: Lead solution demonstrations and tailored simulations, showcasing clear margin gains and dollar savings via live AI models to influence high-stakes deals.
- Rigor in Testing & Hypercare: Manage complex SIT/UAT testing loops, script validations, and defect triage cycles, taking full functional ownership of post-go-live hypercare stabilization phases.
- Change Management Evangelism: Coach enterprise customer planners and category heads through process re-engineering, delivering customized user training bootcamps to maximize platform adoption.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and build functional capability within junior consulting pods on product configuration best practices, AI/ML forecasting, and problem-solving methodologies.
What Lands You in This Role
- 10-15 years of hands-on solution design, configuration, or functional consulting experience implementing enterprise supply chain planning platforms.
- Preferred full-time MBA from a Tier-1 institution, ideally paired with a technical or engineering undergraduate background.
- Deep functional familiarity with major target planning suites, including Blue Yonder/JDA, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Anaplan, or E2open.
- Proven technical mastery in Retail/CPG supply chains encompassing statistical baseline forecasting, causal modeling, multi-echelon safety stock policies, ABC analysis, and network optimization.
- Comfort with relational databases and data modeling architectures, including hands-on familiarity with SQL, advanced Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI); basic scripting knowledge in Python or R is highly valued.
- Professional credentials such as APICS CSCP/CPIM, PMP, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or platform-native implementation badges are a plus.
