Job summary

Senior Manager Design & Architecture for a leading real estate company in Mumbai. Based in Mumbai, the role involves master planning, design coordination, and statutory approvals, with exposure to BTS projects and PEB drawings.

The ideal candidate has B.Arch and up to 15 years of experience in industrial design, coordination, and real estate/manufacturing sectors, with strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop) and familiarity with FSI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Design & Coordination.
• Experience in the Industrial & Warehousing sector preferred.
• Exposure to Real Estate / Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Master Planning, Design Coordination and Statutory Approvals.
• Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, including FSI.
• Experience in delivering Build-to-Suit (BTS) client requirements.
• Experience coordinating with external/internal consultants.
• Exposure to PEB drawings and architectural design coordination.
• Experience with Engineering and design Consultants, EPC, KPG, E&M Consultants will be preferred.
• Technical Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Google SketchUp and Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D Max will be an added advantage.
