Job summary

Dentsu in Mumbai is seeking a senior corporate communications professional to lead leadership content, PR and editorial initiatives across campaigns, reports and social channels. This role focuses on strengthening the brand and positioning for dentsu India.

You will translate complex business topics into clear narratives, develop bylines, speeches, LinkedIn content and case studies, and manage media relations with journalists. Collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, content, copy writing, editorial or a related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a good understanding of media relations and stakeholder management.
• Curious, proactive, collaborative and interested in advertising, media, creativity, culture and business.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership content, POVs, thought leadership, social content, case studies and corporate narratives that strengthen dentsu India's brand and positioning.
• Translate complex business, marketing and industry topics into clear, engaging and audience-relevant content across formats and platforms.
• Develop and execute content ideas, campaigns and editorial calendars, working with creative, social, strategy and other teams to bring them to life.
• Create and refine bylines, opinion pieces, LinkedIn content, speeches, presentations, talking points and other leadership communications.
• Develop case studies and award entries that showcase dentsu's work, creativity and impact.
• Partner with the central strategy team on thought leadership reports, research-led content and client engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media, while identifying relevant opportunities and story angles for dentsu and its leaders.
• Support thought leadership reports, research, industry insights and client engagement initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.
• Partner with internal teams on industry events, client engagement events and leadership forums, supporting communications and content requirements.
• Support LinkedIn, internal communications, newsletters, leadership updates and town halls, working with creative and other teams to bring stories to life across formats.

Key Responsibilities

Content, Strategy, Ideation & Execution

Develop leadership content, POVs, thought leadership, social content, case studies and corporate narratives that strengthen dentsu India's brand and positioning.

Work with leaders and internal teams to identify ideas, stories and opportunities across business wins, campaigns, research, industry trends and client work, and turn them into compelling narratives.

What We're Looking For

6-7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, content, copy writing, editorial or a related field.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a good understanding of media relations and stakeholder management.
