The ideal candidate should be able to craft impactful copy that brings creative concepts to life while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with Art Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling copy for integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, film, and other communication channels.
• Write scripts, storyboards, campaign narratives, headlines, long-form copy, and presentation content.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging, audience-centric communication while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to develop innovative campaign ideas and executions.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning across all creative outputs.
• Contribute to new business pitches and brainstorming sessions with fresh, strategic ideas.
• Leverage emerging technologies and creative tools to enhance storytelling and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of creative quality by actively participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and collaboration.
• Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging continuous learning and creative excellence.
