Job summary

A.P. Moller Maersk is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement leader to drive enterprise wide CI programs in Pune. You will shape strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure adoption across sites globally and regionally.

You will apply Lean and Agile methodologies, coach teams, manage stakeholders, and partner with Technology and Global teams to implement automation and digital enhancements that lift performance and quality.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of CI/Transformation experience.
• Proven project leadership from planning to execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and CI methods.
• Strategic thinking with ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Identify automation opportunities across processes.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading and managing projects from planning through execution.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and has an understanding of automation and digital solutions.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think across functions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.
