Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. Mohali invites a senior commercial professional specializing in sheet metal pricing and fabrication costing.

You will drive cost estimation, lead pricing negotiations for tooling and welding fixtures, and guide commercial decisions across Design, SCM and Projects. We seek 14+ years of relevant experience, a BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong Excel and SAP/ERP skills to track cost trends and deliver timely pricing

Qualifications

• 14+ years of commercial experience in sheet metal pricing and fabrication costing.
• Expertise in pricing of sheet metal parts and cost estimation for tooling and fixtures.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP and Excel for cost modelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across Design, SCM, and Projects.
• Knowledge of raw material markets and market input tracking.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and cost estimation for sheet metal and fabrication components.

• Raw material grades & PO amendments in SAP/IBA
• Lead in pricing arbitration and commercial discussions
• Drive VA-VE initiatives for cost optimization
• Active contribution to cost reduction projects
• Timely completion of pricing-related deliverables in projects
• Adopt proactive approach in tracking cost trends and market input

Experience

14+ years’ relevant commercial experience in sheet metal pricing and fabrication costing

Industry Preferred
