Job summary

Merkle in India (Pune) is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to design and optimize multichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp. You will develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder, and build scalable marketing solutions with Marketing Cloud Next and AI-powered automation.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement)

• Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration
• Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus
• Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable
