Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of the enterprise Billing Platform across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. You will drive transformation, guide cross-functional teams, and engage executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will focus on Oracle Lead-to-Revenue and CX Revenue Cloud solutions, with governance, delivery excellence, and collaboration with global teams to optimize revenue operations.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in consulting or enterprise systems delivery.
• Experience leading Billing/Quote-to-Cash or Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Billing Platform implementations across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Billing Platform solutions.
• Manage end-to-end programs including planning, design, configuration, development, and deployment.
• Engage executives and cross-functional teams to align objectives and strategies.
• Oversee integrations with Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle ERP.
• Drive transformation initiatives and contribute to capability building and pre-sales.

As a Senior Manager - Billing Platform - Finance Solutions, you will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Billing Platform implementations across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to drive business transformation initiatives, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions. You will engage with executive stakeholders, delivering large‑scale digital transformation programs that optimize revenue operations and support enterprise growth.

As a Senior Manager, you will guide cross‑functional teams, applying sound judgment and strategic advising to solve complex problems. You will motivate and coach teams, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the firm’s success. Your role involves crafting impactful messages, validating outcomes with clients, and navigating challenging situations with composure. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on implementing Oracle lead management and customer experience solutions, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Your leadership in project management, delivery governance, and stakeholder communication will drive successful project milestones and enhance delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leading the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Billing Platform implementations across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
• Translating complex business requirements into scalable and secure Billing Platform solutions aligned with industry practices
• Managing end‑to‑end implementation programs, including project planning, solution design, configuration, development, and deployment
• Engaging with executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to understand business objectives and provide strategic recommendations
• Overseeing the development of integrations between Billing Platform and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle ERP
• Driving business transformation initiatives by leveraging functional, technical, and consulting skills
• Facilitating workshops and performing fit‑gap analysis to develop scalable solution designs
• Contributing to practice development through pre‑sales, capability building, and thought leadership initiatives
• Building and maintaining billing workflows, rating rules, invoicing, and revenue‑related processes
• Validating solution quality throughout the implementation lifecycle and managing project risks and dependencies
• Leading business discussions with customers to discover requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Confirming compliance with architectural standards and driving successful milestone execution through proactive communication

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Possessing BillingPlatform Partner Elite Certification (L3)
• Demonstrating proficiency in API, SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and XML
