PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate - Billing Platform to help clients optimize operational efficiency through Billing Platform solutions. You will gather requirements, frame problem statements, and lead technical delivery with governance from PwC standards.

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders across Oracle CX, Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle ERP to design scalable solutions, mentor juniors, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with Quote-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analyses for Billing Platform designs.
• Configure subscription management, pricing, invoicing, and revenue processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams.
• Support testing and resolve defects to ensure solution quality.
• Create documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on Oracle's suite of applications, managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, and customer experience solutions to meet organizational needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, maintaining professional standards while developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis to develop functional and technical designs for Billing Platform solutions
• Configuring and customizing Billing Platform features including subscription management, pricing, invoicing, and revenue processes
• Developing integrations, workflows, and data migration solutions using APIs and scripting capabilities
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
• Supporting unit, system, and user acceptance testing, and resolving defects to validate solution quality
• Preparing technical and functional documentation and conducting knowledge transfer and user training sessions
• Troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis to maintain solution performance
• Designing and developing integrations between Billing Platform and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle ERP
• Building and maintaining billing workflows, rating rules, and taxation processes
• Leading solution workshops and delivering technical solutions aligned with Quote-to-Cash business processes
• Utilizing SQL and reporting tools to support data analysis and reconciliation activities
• Engaging with client stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions that align with industry best practices

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in BillingPlatform scripting and configuration
• Utilizing experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation programs
• Developing integrations with enterprise applications like Salesforce and Oracle ERP
• Excelling in stakeholder management and communication skills
• Possessing hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and SAP BRIM applications
