PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an Experience Associate in Billing Platform - Finance Solutions. You will engage clients to optimize operations by configuring Billing Platform, implementing Oracle CX solutions, and integrating with Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

As an Experience Associate in the Billing Platform - Finance Solutions role, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on Oracle’s suite of applications, managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction.

As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions to meet the specific needs of an organization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, configure, develop, integrate, and support Billing Platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and customizing the Billing Platform to align with business and functional requirements
• Developing technical solutions using Billing Platform scripting, APIs, and configuration capabilities
• Building and maintaining billing workflows, rating rules, invoicing, taxation, payments, collections, and revenue-related processes
• Designing and developing integrations between Billing Platform and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, and CRM systems
• Developing REST/SOAP API integrations and supporting data reconciliation efforts
• Utilizing SQL and reporting tools to analyze and interpret data for insights
• Developing unit test cases and supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Translating client requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
• Leading business discussions with customers to discover requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Working independently and within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug technical issues
• Maintaining a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivery excellence
• Engaging in global onsite-offshore delivery models to enhance project outcomes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
• Possessing BillingPlatform Partner Elite Certification (L3)
• Demonstrating proficiency in Zuora Billing and Oracle ORMB
• Developing technical solutions using Billing Platform scripting and APIs

• Excelling in communication and stakeholder management skills
