Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a Manager - Billing Platform to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Billing Platform solutions for enterprise Quote-to-Cash programs. You will mentor teams, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure billing solutions.

You will configure platforms, develop API-driven integrations, and ensure alignment with client processes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Billing Platform solutions for enterprise Q2C programs.
• Manage milestones and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Configure and customize Billing Platform per business requirements, including catalog, pricing, subscriptions, and billing schedules.
• Develop technical solutions using scripting, APIs, and configuration.
• Design integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, and CRM systems.
• Build billing workflows, invoicing, taxes, payments, and collections processes.
• Utilize Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X for process optimization.
• Lead team meetings, track progress, and ensure project planning accuracy.

As a Manager - Billing Platform - Finance Solutions, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Billing Platform solutions for enterprise Quote-to-Cash transformation programs. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management and stakeholder engagement to deliver tailored solutions that align with client business processes and industry standards. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing billing platforms to meet specific business and functional requirements, while also developing technical solutions using scripting, APIs, and configuration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of Billing Platform solutions for enterprise Quote-to-Cash transformation programs
• Managing project milestones and coordinating with business stakeholders, client executives, and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives
• Configuring and customizing Billing Platform based on business and functional requirements, including product catalog, pricing, subscriptions, and billing schedules
• Developing technical solutions using Billing Platform scripting, APIs, and configuration capabilities
• Designing and developing integrations between Billing Platform and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, and CRM systems
• Building and maintaining billing workflows, rating rules, invoicing, taxation, payments, collections, and revenue-related processes
• Utilizing analytical thinking and technical skills in Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X to optimize billing processes
• Conducting regular team meetings and tracking project progress to validate project planning and estimation
• Translating client requirements into technical specifications and solution design
• Supporting project planning and estimation while managing technical risks and dependenciesDriving solution quality throughout the implementation lifecycle

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in BillingPlatform certifications (L1, L2, L3)
• Utilizing analytical thinking and experience with Zuora Billing
• Leading large-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation programs
• Developing integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, and CRM systems
