Qualifications

• 1014 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or shared services, preferably within large global organizations or Big 4 firms.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-geography finance transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep functional expertise across R2R, O2C, and P2P processes with strong understanding of financial controls and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and emerging technologies like AI/ML, RPA, and Power BI.
• Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

• Champion the adoption of digital enablers including ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle), RPA, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and EPM solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams – including IT, shared services, and business units – to ensure seamless solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Lead change management efforts to drive user adoption and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
