Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Panoli, Gujarat, is seeking a Senior Manager for API production operations. The role involves daily production planning and scheduling, resource coordination, and strict GMP documentation practices.

You will coordinate with QC/QA, stores, and engineering to resolve issues, drive process validation, and oversee technology transfer for new products. Extensive plant-floor leadership and documentation review are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required and extensive hands-on experience in API production operations.
• Experience with GMP standards and shopfloor management.

Mansioni

• Plan and schedule API production on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure resources such as BMR, raw materials, and manpower are available.
• Liaise with QC/QA/STORE/Engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and monitor GMP standards and document reviews.
• Support tech transfer and scale-up of new products.
• Monitor and improve process efficiency and service levels.
• Prepare documentation, monthly reports, process trend analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Plan consumables and RM requirements per campaign; manage solvents safely.
• Oversee validation activities (process/ cleaning) where applicable.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of plant equipment and maintain BMR/SOP revisions.

Job Profile

• Production Planning and scheduling (day to day basis)
• Ensuring resources available (BMR, Raw Material Manpower etc.)
• Liaison with QC/QA/STORE/Eng. Dept. for solving of trouble shooting problem.
• Implementation and monitoring of GMP Standard.
• Introduction and scale up of technology transfer. (New Product)
• Constantly monitoring and improvement of product process, efficiency, services etc.
• Documentation work, Monthly Report, data preparation (Process trend analysis) and root cause analysis.
• Ensure the availability of consumable items & Planning of RM require as per campaign basis.
• Process and cleaning validation. (where applicable)
• Control on fresh as well as recovered solvents / spent solvent.
• Ensure the solid and process waste transfer to respective area and record maintaining.
• Review the prepared/ Revision of BMR and SOP.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipment’s in time frame.

Job Requirements

• 19-25 years of experience handling GMP API Production operations, shopfloor management
• Solvent Recovery, recycling
• Validation, Qualification including Process Validation, Cleaning Validation
