Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive - Production with a BSc/MSc in Chemistry and up to five years of API plant experience. The role involves following supervisor instructions, maintaining logs, preparing materials for batches, and ensuring proper documentation and GMP adherence.

You will train operators on SOPs, coordinate maintenance, and monitor safety gear usage while driving efficient batch execution and quality control across shift operations.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry with API unit operations experience.
• Experience with reactors, dryer, and packing/dispatch.
• Good understanding of GMP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.
• Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
• Ensure raw materials are ready for batches and batch sheets are properly filled.
• Plan and execute shift activities during batch execution.
• Ensure online documentation during batch execution and daily logs.
• Conduct SOP training for operators to reinforce GMP.
• Coordinate with engineers to complete maintenance on time.
• Monitor PPE usage and respiratory protection equipment; ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and report to Manager-Production.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.

Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc _Chemistry - Below 5 Years Experience with API unit operations , Handling of reactors ,dryer, Packing/Dispatch knowledge

• To follow-up the instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.
• Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
• Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly.
• Planning and execution of shift related activities during batch execution.
• To ensure online documentation during batch execution as well as on daily basis.
• To conduct SOP training for the operating personnel on regular basis to understand the standard operating procedure and importance of GMP.
• Coordinate with Engineers for the completing the maintenance job in time.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to Manager-Production
