Job summary

Zend Consulting Services in Raipur, India, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to guide a TA team and drive end-to-end hiring for senior mandates. The role focuses on building a high-performance, process-driven function aligned with leadership priorities.

You will own mandates, set SLAs, review mechanisms, and ensure timely closure while partnering with senior leaders on top hiring priorities. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 13+ years TA experience with 4+ years team leadership.
• Strong mandate closure and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Metals/Energy/Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong process orientation, ownership and execution focus.
