Job summary

One of India's largest management consulting firms is seeking an HR Partner TA Lead with 3+ years of HR experience to own the hiring function in Thane. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead a recruitment team, and drive process improvements in a high-performance environment.

You will manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, identify gaps across hiring, onboarding, and exit processes, and develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates, while mentoring team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Full-time MBA in HR from flagship programmes at XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM, IIM Indore, or IIM Ranchi.
• Strong ability to identify systemic gaps and develop solutions.
• Passion for Talent and Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to mentor recruitment team members.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process and drive Talent Acquisition practices towards a best-in-class level.
• Identify gaps across hiring, candidate engagement, onboarding, and exit processes and lead improvement projects.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, rejection rates, and candidate quality, and take corrective actions as required.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Define and execute the optimal candidate screening strategy and conduct initial interviews where required.
• Lead and mentor recruitment team members, helping them build greater independence and strengthen their capabilities.
• Take up HR projects that further the Talent story of the organization, working closely with the CHRO and senior stakeholders.
• Identify systemic gaps and develop appropriate solutions using a structured problem-solving approach.
• Contribute to responsibilities beyond recruitment, based on capability and appetite, with exposure to other functional areas of HR.

Requirements:
