Croma is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for Sales and Margin. The role focuses on rebate management, collections, and profitability analysis across categories and channels.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A or related fields, with strong Excel, dashboarding skills, and stakeholder collaboration abilities. This on-site role in India offers broad exposure to finance and operations.

Qualifikationen

• MBA Finance / CA / PG in Finance or Economics is required.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, rebate management or strategic finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling and stakeholder mgmt are essential.

Aufgaben

• Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for Sales & Margin.
• Manage end-to-end rebate processes including accruals, claims, and collections.
• Analyze margin performance, rebate contribution, and profitability across categories and channels.
• Track receivables, ageing, and back-end income recovery to optimize working capital.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Category, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and other stakeholders for planning and control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and rebate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial performance analysis for Sales & Margin.
• Manage end-to-end rebate processes including accruals, claims, reconciliations, credit notes, and collections.
• Analyze margin performance, rebate contribution, and business profitability across categories, brands, and channels.
• Track receivables, debtor ageing, and back-end income recovery to optimize working capital.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports with actionable insights.
• Partner with Category, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other stakeholders for financial planning and control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST requirements, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and rebate management.

Desired Profile:

• MBA Finance / CA / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Rebate Management, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, margin analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, financial reporting, and dashboarding tools.
