Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage key accounting and finance activities, with a strong focus on international accounting and cross-border transactions.

The role will involve accounting and reporting for foreign subsidiaries, overseas payments and remittances, foreign currency transactions, inter-company reconciliations, GST, and month/year-end book closure. Person Specification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in international accounting and cross-border financial transactions.
• Experience in accounting/reporting for foreign subsidiaries would be preferred.
• Practical exposure to overseas payments, FEMA/RBI compliance, foreign currency accounting and inter-company reconciliations.
• Knowledge of GST, import/export accounting, transfer pricing and statutory compliance.
• Experience in book closure, financial reporting and MIS.
• Good command of Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
