Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PQC, PMS, Vigilance, Quality & Customer Quality Operations, CAPA, Complaint Handling, Regulatory Audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of 200+ professionals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes.
• Manage customer escalations and build strong stakeholder and client relationships.
