• Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of ~200+ professionals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes.
• Manage customer escalations and build strong stakeholder and client relationships.
• Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits.
• Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
