Qualifications

• Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage process governance and documentation for Business Correspondent (BC) partnerships and related initiatives.
• Draft, review, and maintain SOPs, JSOPs, and policy documents.
• Own and maintain critical RBG process documents.
• Coordinate process governance for SHG programs and government schemes.
• Prepare notes and committee submissions for new products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external partners to drive implementation and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Position Name : Senior Manager - Process Management

About the Role

IndusInd Bank is looking for a dynamic Process Management professional to support process governance and business enablement within the Rural Banking Group. The role involves driving process documentation, SOP governance, committee note preparation, and stakeholder coordination for key business initiatives across Business Correspondent (BC) partnerships, Microfinance, Gold Loans, and allied rural banking businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in banking operations, process management, policy documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage process governance and documentation for Business Correspondent (BC) partnerships and related business initiatives
• Draft, review, and maintain Approach Notes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Joint SOPs (JSOPs)
• Own and maintain critical RBG process documents
• Support process documentation and governance for Self-Help Group (SHG) business and Government Schemes
• Prepare PPAC Notes and other committee submissions for new products, partnerships, process changes, and business initiatives
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external partners to drive process implementation and approvals
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency
