Job summary

Kyndryl, a leader in mission-critical technology, seeks a Senior Mainframe CICS Support System Administrator for a fully remote role in India. You will ensure availability, stability, and performance of IBM CICS on z/OS in a demanding 24x7 environment, delivering rapid incident resolution and proactive tuning.

Collaborating with z/OS, DB2, MQ, and security teams, you will implement changes, perform RCA, and drive improvements in online transaction processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting IBM CICS Transaction Server on z/OS.
• In-depth knowledge of CICS architecture, region management, RDO, SIT parameters, and init processes.
• Production troubleshooting with dumps, traces, logs, and RCA in high-volume environments.
• Experience with change, incident, and problem management in HA systems.
• Willingness to operate in 24x7 production environments and collaborate across teams.
