Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years’ experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry (AU loan processing).
• Experience using aggregator CRMs such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, or SalesTrekker.
• Familiar with project/task management tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Process Australian mortgage applications with accuracy and speed.
• Review documents for compliance and data integrity.
• Coordinate with brokers and clients to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Utilize CRM tools to track progress and maintain records.
