Responsibilities

• Contract Management: draft, review, and redline standard contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts; maintain the contract repository.
• HR, Labor & Employment Laws: interpret and implement global employment laws; ensure compliance with labor regulations and workplace policies; support employee relations and respond to legal notices.
• Legal Research & Advisory: conduct research on corporate, commercial, and employment law matters; prepare summaries and reports for senior management.
• Dispute Resolution Support: coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on litigation matters; collect and organize evidence, documentation, and case files.
• Administrative Support: maintain accurate records, correspondence, and legal files.
