Job summary

OneXtel is seeking a Legal Executive in Noida with 2–3 years of experience to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements. You will support tender documents and procurement contracts, conduct legal research, and advise on contractual and regulatory matters.

The role requires strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, negotiate, redline, and manage commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, MoUs, Vendor Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Service Agreements, and other contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements and related legal documents.
• Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and procurement contracts.
• Conduct legal research and advise on contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters.
• Draft legal notices, responses, petitions, and other legal communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain contract records and support CLM processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain contract records and support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.


• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• LL.B. from a recognized university.


• 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal, contract management, redlining, or commercial legal advisory.


• Strong knowledge of Contract Law and Company Law.


• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.


• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of CLM platforms will be an added advantage.
