Job summary

ElevenX Capital is seeking a Senior Legal Associate to manage US and India legal processes and serve as the legal backbone of our business. You will ensure compliance, offer counsel, and support strategy development while mitigating risk across jurisdictions.

You will craft and review a range of agreements, maintain contract records, and help shape ESOP policy updates. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential to align legal strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5–13 years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel or in legal outsourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in law (BA LL.B/ LL.B) or J.D.; US master’s in business law is preferable and asset to EXC.

We are looking for a Senior LegalAssociateto handle US and India legalprocesses and add value to and be the legalbackbone of our business. You will ensure that the company always operates within the law, offer counsel on legalissues, create an effective guardian of the organization and facilitate business strategies development. The successful candidate will be able to ensure legalcompliance and limit risk exposure.

• Provide expert and strategic legaladvice to management

• Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action

Requirements

Skill Set -
