Axtria in India is seeking a law professional with 4-6 years of experience to manage corporate legal matters for IT/ITES services for US market. You will work closely with leadership and Finance Controller to set up legal processes, draft and review NDA, MSA, SOW, and liaise with clients and vendors in US and India.

The role requires coordination across time zones and strong communication. Open to extended hours and CS qualification is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in law from a reputed institute/university.
• 4-6 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm.
• Exposure to Europe, US legal requirement.
• Open to extended hours due to coordination with US-based clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• CS qualification with corporate law compliance experience is a plus (Optional).
• Team player with willingness to take on new challenges.

Mansioni

• Work with leadership and Finance Controller to establish legal department processes.
• Draft and review NDA, MSA, SOW with customers/vendors.
• Interact with customers/vendors in US and India via calls/emails.
• Negotiate and finalize NDA/MSA/SOW.
• Maintain repository of agreements with synopsis.
• Ensure compliance to agreement requirements.

Job Summary

• a) Degree in law from a reputed institute/university

• c) Exposure to Europe, US legal requirement
• d) Must be open to work in extended hrs (as role requires coordination with clients based out of US)
• e) Excellent communication skills - written and oral both
• f) CS qualification with experience in corporate law compliances will be added advantage (Optional)
• g) A good team player and motivated to take up new challenges and tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership team and Finance Controller in leading and setting up processes for functioning of legal department.
• Drafting, reviewing NDA, MSA, SOW etc. with customer/vendor/other parties.
• Interacting (over call, mail etc.) with customers/vendors (internal/external) in US and in India
• Negotiating and bringing NDA/MSA/SOW to closure
• Maintaining repository of agreements/legal documents with synopsis
• Governing compliance to the requirement of agreements
• Researching on issues as required
• Individual contributor role
