Job summary

WOW Softech in Pune, Maharashtra, India is seeking hands-on Embedded Hardware Design Engineers with strong power electronics experience to design hardware for EV chargers, UPS, battery chargers, inverters, and industrial power products. You will work on power-stage design, component selection, sensing, and board-level validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust hardware.

Leadership role requires independent design ownership, design reviews, and mentoring junior

Responsibilities

• Power-stage and embedded hardware design for AC-DC, DC-DC converters, inverters, and chargers
• MOSFET/IGBT selection, gate-driver circuits, protection circuits, and thermal design
• Voltage/current sensing, ADC, PWM, and signal conditioning
• Schematic design, PCB layout, prototype bring-up, testing, and hardware debugging
• Hardware development using TI TMS320F28/C2000 and/or STM32G/H
• Working with CAN/CAN-FD, RS485, SPI, I2C, and UART
• Debugging EMI/EMC, switching noise, gate-driver ringing, thermal, and board-level issues
• Hardware validation using Oscilloscope/DSO, Logic Analyzer, LTspice, PSIM, or MATLAB

We are looking for hands‑on Embedded Hardware Design Engineers with strong Power Electronics experience to design and validate hardware for EV Chargers, UPS Systems, Battery Chargers/Testers, Inverters, and Industrial Power‑Conversion Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Power‑stage and embedded hardware design for AC-DC, DC-DC, Bidirectional DC-DC converters, inverters, and chargers
• MOSFET/IGBT selection, gate‑driver circuits, protection circuits, and thermal design
• Voltage/current sensing, analog feedback, ADC, PWM, and signal conditioning
• Schematic design, PCB layout/review, prototype bring‑up, testing, and hardware debugging
• Hardware development using TI TMS320F28/C2000 and/or STM32G/H
• Working with CAN/CAN‑FD, RS485, SPI, I2C, and UART
• Debugging EMI/EMC, switching noise, gate‑driver ringing, thermal, and board‑level issues
• Hardware validation using Oscilloscope/DSO, Logic Analyzer, Electronic Load, LTspice, PSIM, or MATLAB

For the Leader role, candidates should have experience in independently owning hardware design, conducting design reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
