Job summary

Metrics Numero Technology in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Aerostructure Analysis Lead to head the structural analysis team for metallic and composite aircraft components. You will drive analysis deliverables, ensure certification readiness, and coordinate with design, manufacturing and program management.

The role requires 10–20 years in aerostructures, strong fatigue and damage tolerance knowledge, and hands-on FE modeling with MSC Nastran, HyperMesh and Abaqus.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in aerostructures or aircraft structural analysis.
• Experience leading a team of structural analysts.
• Proficiency in finite element modeling and certification documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis for metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Perform and review static stress, fatigue, buckling, and dynamic analyses.
• Develop and validate FE models using MSC Nastran, HyperMesh, and Abaqus.
• Prepare stress substantiation reports and certification documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of structural analysts.
• Allocate tasks, monitor milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Conduct technical reviews and resolve complex structural engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, certification, and program management teams.
• Support customer discussions and technical reviews.
