Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an L3 Support Senior for Guidewire BillingCenter with strong experience in BillingCenter, integration services, and Cloud BAU operations. You will lead and support L1.5/L2 teams, manage incidents, and coordinate across integration groups to deliver reliable billing solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

The role requires hands-on Guidewire configuration, release management, and cross-team collaboration within a Bangalore hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• BAU experience with Guidewire Cloud and BillingCenter.
• Experience coordinating with other integration teams.
• Development support for L3 tickets including bugs and minor enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Guidewire BillingCenter and related integrations.
• Coordinate with L1.5/L2 teams and other integration groups on incidents and implementations.
• Assist release management and ensure compliance tickets are resolved.
