Ascendion is seeking an L3 Support Mid for Guidewire BillingCenter in Bangalore. You will support BAU operations, handle complex tickets, and coordinate with L1.5/L2 teams to ensure smooth billing processes.

Key focus areas include Guidewire Cloud, web services integration, and release management. The role requires experience with BillingCenter and integration tools, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
