Job summary

Tarento Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to build and maintain ACL services and integration adapters. You will transform data between legacy formats and the canonical data model and develop the API layer to enable scalable, reliable integrations.

The role requires strong coding skills in Kotlin or Java, experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML transformations, messaging concepts, and Git/CI for smooth delivery. Docker/Kubernetes basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java with OO/FP concepts.
• Experience building REST APIs with Spring Boot or Quarkus.
• Familiarity with JSON/XML data transformation and schema validation.
• Basic understanding of messaging concepts (pub/sub, queues, topics).
• Comfortable with Git, pull request workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to learn Apache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Must be an excellent communicator.
