Senior Associate Technology Level 2 - Java Microservices Developer as a Module Lead. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Java development only.
• Strong development skills in Java JDK 1.8 or above.
• Java fundamentals: exceptional handling, serialization/deserialization, and immutability concepts.
• Good fundamental knowledge of enums, collections, annotations, generics, auto‑boxing, and data structures.
• Experience with RDBMS/NoSQL (SQL, joins, indexing).
• Multithreading knowledge (re‑entrant lock, fork & join, sync, executor framework).
• Spring Core & Spring Boot, security, and transactions.
• Hands‑on experience with JMS (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
• Memory management (JVM configuration, profiling, GC), performance tuning, testing, and JMeter or similar tool.
• DevOps: CI/CD (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, quality plugins), Docker, and containersization.
• Logical and analytical skills; thorough understanding of OOP concepts, design principles, and implementation of design patterns.
• Experience with logging frameworks (SLF4J/Logback/Log4j).
• Experience writing JUnit test cases using Mockito / PowerMock.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver projects.
• Experience in microservices.
