Java Microservices Engineer

Industry & Sector: Operating in the Enterprise Software and IT Services sector, focused on cloud‑native, mission‑critical application development and digital transformation for financial services, retail, and enterprise customers. We build scalable, resilient backend systems using modern microservices and cloud technologies.

Location: India — On‑site

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, delivering clean, testable, production‑ready code.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service contracts; own API versioning, authentication, and documentation.
• Containerize services with Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes; author Helm charts and collaborate on cluster operations.
• Integrate event‑driven patterns with Kafka (or other messaging systems) to enable asynchronous processing and resilient workflows.
• Implement persistence layers using JPA/Hibernate and optimize interactions with SQL and NoSQL databases; design data migrations and transactions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated unit/integration tests, and observability (metrics, logging, tracing) to ensure reliability in production.
