Job summary

NetScore is seeking a strong Senior Java Developer to build end-to-end applications for Retail/Wholesale SMB clients. You will develop and maintain applications using Hibernate and Spring JDBC, applying MVC patterns and modern security practices.

The role emphasizes Spring Boot expertise, microservices with Kafka, and database work with MySQL/PostgreSQL, along with familiarity with POS-related integrations and DevOps tools.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proven experience in at least three full application development life cycles.
• Expertise in Spring Boot (minimum 5 years).
• Microservices architecture and Kafka experience (minimum 3 years).
• Database experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of JDK 8 features (e.g., Executor Service, Java Streams).
• Knowledge of payment gateway and hardware device integrations (printers, cash drawers, scanners).
