Job summary

RekNomics is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend applications. You will work on modern microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures with Kafka, and contribute to building systems from scratch rather than maintaining legacy code.

Immediate joiners and candidates serving notice are preferred. You will own modules end-to-end—from design to production deployment—write clean, testable code with JUnit coverage, and participate in design

Qualifications

• 5+ years of core Java backend experience.
• Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Experience with distributed systems and multithreading/concurrency.
• Strong Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) fundamentals.
• Kafka experience preferred.
• JUnit/unit testing comfort.
• Builder mindset - designed and built systems, not just maintained them.
• BE/BTech in any stream.
