Qualifications

5+ years of backend software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture.
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with AWS cloud services and messaging systems (Kafka/MSK, RabbitMQ, SQS).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and code repositories (Git).
Experience with monitoring tools like Rancher and Splunk.
Strong debugging and production-support capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications and microservices.
Develop and enhance Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
Implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using messaging platforms such as AWS MSK, RabbitMQ, and AWS SQS.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability and performance.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production deployments.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding best practices.
