The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of hands-on Java experience, strong REST API and microservices skills, SQL expertise, and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Collaboration and Agile work are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop secure, high-performance, and maintainable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
