What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions.
• Own complex technical initiatives from solution design through successful production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create scalable system designs that meet functional, performance, reliability, and security requirements.
• Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, design reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions for system stability and performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with cloud and DevOps teams to support deployment automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Influence technical direction and engineering decisions without formal authority across multiple teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6-12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture patterns, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications and microservices solutions.
• Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks, unit testing, integration testing, and quality engineering practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience delivering product-based or large-scale enterprise applications in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
