Job summary

Computacenter in Bangalore is seeking an IT Expert Senior specializing in ZPA and Azure Secure Connectivity to deliver secure, private access solutions for enterprise-scale projects. You will design, implement and support ZPA and Azure networking components, lead App Connector deployments, document designs, and collaborate across cloud, network, security, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure networking, including hub-and-spoke architectures, routing, NSGs, and Azure Firewall.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure private application access solutions using ZPA and Microsoft Azure.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of ZPA App Connectors in Azure environments.
• Configure and manage ZPA components, including App Connectors, Application Segments, Server Groups, Segment Groups, Provisioning Keys, and Access Policies.
• Design and validate Azure networking components, including VNets, Subnets, UDRs, NSGs, and Azure Firewall policies and rules.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues involving ZPA, Azure networking, DNS, routing, firewalls, ports, protocols, and application traffic flows.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, security, application, and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational handover documents.
• Support solution design, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles.

You will join a global organization delivering services across more than 70 countries. You will work with experienced infrastructure and workplace consultants, supporting large, complex, and business-critical network and security technologies. This role is primarily focused on outcome-based project deliveries. You will gain exposure to a modern SASE-based environment alongside Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.

What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and support secure private application access solutions using Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Microsoft Azure.

Lead the deployment and configuration of ZPA App Connectors in Azure environments.

Configure and manage ZPA components, including:

• App Connectors
• Application Segments
• Server Groups
• Segment Groups
• Provisioning Keys
• Access Policies

What You’ll Need

• 10-12 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure networking, including hub-and-spoke architectures, routing, NSGs, and Azure Firewall.
• Good understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts and secure private application access.
• Strong knowledge of network security controls, traffic flows, DNS, routing, and firewall technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network, security, and application connectivity issues.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Desirable Skills & Certifications

• Knowledge of ZIA, ZDX, CASB, SSE, SD-WAN, or broader SASE architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Microsoft Azure and/or Zscaler certifications.
• Exposure to cloud security and enterprise network transformation projects.
