We are seeking an experienced Senior Intune Mobile Device Management Engineer with strong expertise in managing enterprise Android and iOS/iPadOS environments using Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise mobility solutions across corporate-owned and BYOD environments. This role requires deep expertise in mobile device lifecycle management, Android Enterprise, Apple Business Manager, application deployment, mobile application management, certificate management, compliance policies, and mobile security. Experience with MaaS360 to Intune migration projects and enterprise mobility modernization initiatives is highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise mobile device management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Develop mobility management strategies for corporate-owned, BYOD, fully managed, dedicated, and shared-device environments.
• Create, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot device configuration profiles, compliance policies, enrollment profiles, and security baselines.
• Troubleshoot complex enrollment, registration, authentication, compliance, and policy deployment issues.
• Analyze device, application, user, and enrollment logs to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure secure management and lifecycle control of enterprise mobile devices.
• Design and manage Android Enterprise deployments within Microsoft Intune.
• Support Work Profile, Corporate-Owned Work Profile (COPE), Fully Managed, and Dedicated Device enrollment scenarios.
• Configure and maintain Managed Google Play integration and Android Enterprise policies.
• Deploy and manage enterprise applications, including internally developed and line-of-business applications.
• Troubleshoot Android application deployment, policy enforcement, compliance, and enrollment issues.
• Implement security and configuration controls aligned with enterprise mobility requirements.
• Administer and maintain Apple Business Manager integration with Microsoft Intune.
• Design and support Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) workflows and Apple device onboarding processes.
• Manage Apple enrollment profiles, device configurations, applications, restrictions, and lifecycle management workflows.
• Deploy and manage applications using Apple Business Manager Apps and Books.
• Troubleshoot Apple enrollment, licensing, configuration, compliance, and application deployment issues.
• Support supervised and corporate-owned Apple device implementations.
• Design and implement Intune App Protection Policies for Android and iOS/iPadOS platforms.
• Develop application protection strategies for both enrolled and unenrolled BYOD scenarios.
• Configure and manage Managed App Configuration policies.
• Collaborate with application owners and development teams to support secure mobile application access.
• Troubleshoot application configuration, authentication, conditional access, and data protection policy issues.
• Ensure enterprise data protection and secure application usage across mobile environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain certificate management solutions for mobile devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot PKCS certificate profiles.
• Configure and troubleshoot SCEP certificate profiles.
• Manage trusted root and intermediate certificate deployments.
• Support certificate-based authentication and secure access solutions.
• Troubleshoot certificate enrollment, delivery, renewal, and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with PKI, networking, and security teams to support secure enterprise resource access.
• Package, configure, deploy, and maintain mobile applications using Intune.
• Manage application deployments through Managed Google Play and Apple Business Manager.
• Support custom, line-of-business, and internally developed mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot application installation failures, assignment issues, licensing problems, and managed configurations.
• Monitor application health and deployment success across enterprise environments.
• Lead or support MaaS360-to-Intune migration initiatives.
• Assess existing MDM environments, policies, enrollment methods, applications, and security controls.
• Design migration strategies for Android and Apple device populations.
• Translate legacy MDM configurations into optimized Microsoft Intune architectures.
• Identify migration dependencies, risks, enrollment challenges, and business impacts.
• Support migration execution, user onboarding, validation, and post-migration stabilization activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management, Mobile Device Management, Unified Endpoint Management, or Endpoint Security.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and support.
• Extensive experience managing Android Enterprise and iOS/iPadOS environments.
• Experience supporting both corporate‑owned and BYOD device management strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Android Enterprise enrollment models including Work Profile, COPE, Fully Managed, and Dedicated Devices.
• Expertise integrating and managing Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
• Hands‑on experience deploying applications through Managed Google Play and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong experience implementing Intune App Protection Policies and Mobile Application Management solutions.
• Expertise in PKCS, SCEP, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate‑based authentication.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot enrollment failures, compliance issues, application deployment problems, and device configuration challenges.
• Experience performing root‑cause analysis for complex mobility and endpoint management incidents.
• Strong understanding of Conditional Access, mobile security, compliance controls, and endpoint protection principles.
• Experience collaborating with Identity, Security, PKI, Networking, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
