Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently lead design projects from concept to execution, mentor junior designers, and coordinate closely with clients, vendors, and site teams. The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit and other industry-standard design tools, with strong creative and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects — concept development, space planning, material selection, and final execution
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for client approvals
• Create and manage BIM models using Revit for accurate documentation and coordination
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts aligned with client requirements and budget
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure design intent is executed correctly
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), specifications, and cost estimates
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and resolve on-site design issues
• Mentor and guide junior designers and design interns
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets

Required Skills & Tools

Design Software (Mandatory):

• Revit (BIM modeling, documentation, coordination)
• AutoCAD (2D drafting, working drawings)
• SketchUp (3D visualization)
• 3ds Max + V-Ray / Corona Renderer (photorealistic rendering)
• Adobe Photoshop (presentation boards, rendering touch-ups)
• Adobe InDesign / Illustrator (client presentations, mood boards)

Other Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and building codes
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures
• Ability to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimation
• Familiarity with MEP coordination and structural constraints
• Understanding of sustainable/green design principles (preferred)
