Ideal candidates have 5+ years of interior design experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and proficient budget tracking. Local travel to Thane/Mumbai areas is expected; driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on interior design experience with a proven track record across residential and commercial projects.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting skills and ability to prepare detailed layouts and joinery details.
• Proficient in budget tracking, material selection, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: lead from space planning to site handoff.
• Technical Design & Drafting: produce AutoCAD layouts and lighting details.
• Material & FF&E Selection: curate furniture, finishes and textiles.
• Budget & Timeline Management: track expenses and monitor progress.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with clients, vendors and site team.

About the Role

Elevation Interiors is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial projects from concept to final execution. In this role, you will bridge artistic design with practical management-transforming client visions into functional, well-crafted spaces while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Direct all project phases, from initial space planning and conceptual pitch to site execution and handoff.
• Technical Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed AutoCAD layouts, reflected ceiling plans, lighting designs, and customized joinery details.
• Material & FF&E Selection: Source and curate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and textiles that align with aesthetic goals and quality standards.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Track project expenses using Excel, monitor site progress, and manage resources efficiently to prevent overruns.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and site team members to ensure clear communication throughout.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on interior design experience with a proven track record of managing complete site lifecycles.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and MS Excel for detailed BOQ and budget tracking (Mandatory).
• Core Competencies: Distinct design vocabulary, keen spatial awareness, site problem-solving, and clear client presentation skills.
• Logistics: Comfort with local travel to client sites around Thane/Mumbai; valid driving license required.
