Job summary

UDS Architects LLP, an architecture and interior design firm in Mumbai, seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept development through execution. You will work with architects, consultants, vendors and clients to deliver high-end interiors and ensure design integrity in every phase.

The candidate should have 4–7 years of experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and expertise in space planning, detailing, and material specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to execution.

Location: One Lodha Place, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai
Experience: 3 -7 Years
Salary: 45,00080,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday Saturday | 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
4th Saturday Off

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design, technical, coordination, and site execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to execution
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and client presentations
• Prepare and review working drawings, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Attend client meetings and presentations
• Monitor site progress and ensure design implementation
• Manage project timelines, materials, and documentation
• Guide and mentor junior designers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor 0s degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• 4–7 years of professional interior design experience

Must-Have Skills

• AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory) for furniture, ceiling, flooring, electrical, and other interior working drawings
• Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, and interior detailing
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and hardware
• Ability to prepare BOQs and material specifications
• Strong vendor, contractor, and consultant coordination
• Experience in site coordination and interior execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
