Job summary

Futur Decor Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Lead Designer to manage client engagements from first meeting through final design and order booking. The role combines design leadership with monthly sales targets, collaboration with the sales team, and end-to-end project coordination with production.

The candidate will define SOPs, forecast pipelines, and ensure timely, customer-centric solutions across bedroom/interior projects, driving satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

• Customer-centric solution design that balances aesthetics, functionality, and the client budget.
• Lead Designer for Futur Decor clients from initial meeting to order and final design.
• Aim to hit monthly sales targets alongside the Sales Team.
• Prepare reliable forecasts and transparently update management on P2P pipeline monthly.
• Proactively solve problems beyond your area and take on extra initiatives as needed.
• Seek leadership opportunities to help the company achieve its objectives.
• Define SOPs spanning sales to design for bedroom/interior solutions.
• Analyze design meeting pipeline with sales, project TAT, and customer satisfaction monthly.
• Own bedroom/interior solutions and address customer pain points for better results.
• Coordinate with production for smooth project execution.
• Prepare weekly status reports on P2P projects and design meetings.
• Make calls and follow up with assigned leads.

Job description

• Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, still keeping in mind the customer’s budget.
• Be the Lead Designer for a set of Futur Decor clients, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization
• Be responsible for achieving sales targets month on month along with Sales Team
• Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the P2P pipeline status month on month
• Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
• Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objective
• To define SOP right from sales to design process for bedroom/interior solutions
• Analyse Design meeting pipeline with sales team, project TAT, and customer satisfaction on a monthly basis
• Take ownership of bedroom/interior solutions, and understand customer pain points to deliver better results
• Coordinate with the production team for the smooth execution of projects
• Prepare weekly status reports on P2P projects as well as Design Meetings held
